An experienced PR professional with a strong international network in the music industry, to put CPI firmly on the map: press releases, international visibility, a fresh boost for our socials and the personal branding of our Director and General Manager.
CPI has built a strong position in the music industry, but our visibility does not do it justice yet. We want to step forward, with press, partners, artists and the wider industry, and are looking for an independent PR consultant who can make an impact straight away with an existing network.
What you'll do
- Write and distribute press releases for CPI, aimed at international music trade press and relevant media
- Use your network to bring CPI, our composers and our catalogue to the attention of press, partners and industry contacts
- Give our social channels a new look and boost, together with our creative all-rounder
- Develop the personal branding and visibility of our Director and General Manager
- Support PR and communication around our Academy
- Spot PR opportunities and advise proactively on our communication strategy
Who you are
- Proven PR experience in the music industry, at a label, publisher, artist management or specialist agency
- An extensive, active international network: press, trade media and industry contacts
- Experience with personal branding for directors and executives
- Excellent writing in Dutch and English
- Independent, proactive and results-driven
- Comfortable working with an in-house creative team, also remotely
What we offer
- A freelance assignment, invoiced
- Scope by agreement, depending on availability and need
- Hybrid, with regular check-ins with the Director and General Manager
- Start date and duration by agreement
