You do not have to be a CPI client to work with our legal team. Artists, songwriters, producers, labels and brands come to us for contract reviews, negotiations and deal making, billed by the hour. Independent advice with your interests first, for about a third of the rate of a regular law firm: we keep our hourly rate low so songwriters and artists get affordable advice.

Our legal work does not stop at our own catalogue. Where the rules fall short for makers, we step in.
Atresmedia
Under the “Atresmedia fix”, music in commercials and foreign films and series is marked as “already arranged” at Sena, and is not paid out. We think that is wrong: a sync licence gives permission to put picture to sound, not to use and exploit it. Together with BCMM we set up a collective to secure makers’ rights.
